NinetyNine Regent Street, 99 Regent Street, London W1B 4EZ, is responsible for the details you share with us through this website, by email, by phone and on WhatsApp.

• Guest list: your name, email, mobile, the night and how many guests, and, if you add them, your Instagram and a note.
• Membership: your name, email, mobile, date of birth, occupation and company, and a few words about you; and, if you add them, your Instagram, how you heard of us and the member who proposed you.
• Private hire: your name, email, phone, the space, occasion, date, guests and your message, and, if you add them, your company and timings.
• Table bookings: what you send us on WhatsApp or tell us by phone, usually your name, phone number, date, arrival time, guests and room.

Our forms send nothing on their own. They open your email app with your details written out, and they reach us only when you press Send.

• To reply to you and arrange your booking, guest list place or event.
• To consider membership applications. Your date of birth lets us confirm your age.
• To run the door and keep the venue safe.

We use your details because you have asked us for something (a booking, a place on the guest list, membership or a quote), and because we have a legitimate interest in running the venue well.

We will not send you marketing unless you ask us to, and you can stop it at any time.

• Our team, only as far as their work needs.
• The services we use to run things: our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta) for messages you send there, and Netlify, which hosts this website. Some of them store data outside the UK, with the safeguards UK law requires; ask us for details.
• The police or licensing authorities, when the law requires it.

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them.

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct, delete or limit them, object to how we use them, or ask for them in a form you can reuse. Write to info@99regentstreet.com and we will reply within a month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

While the tab is open, it keeps three small notes in your browser so the welcome animation plays only once, later pages open quickly and pages fade smoothly into each other. They hold nothing about you and are cleared when you close the tab.

Netlify, our host, records basic technical details such as your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure. Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and Instagram take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.
